Located in the largest subdivision in the nation " Hawaiian Paradise Park ' this home rests on one acre of land  
and is surrounded by tropical flora and fauna, giving a private country feel while offering the convenience of a  
10 -15 min. drive to the nearest airport, town, ocean front, or sight to be seen. Volcano National Park can be  
reached within 30 mins. From this location.  
 
The home itself is equipped with granite countertops, hardwood, tile, and carpeted spaces throughout. A large  
60 inch TV is the focal point of the family room. Lounge in the leather couch recliners or grab a quick massage in  
our iJoy chair as you watch your favorite shows in high definition.  
 
If you’d rather enjoy a cup of coffee and chat while sports play in the family room our living room is the perfect  
place to be. No TV in this room; our bamboo furniture and indoor greenery provide a nice space to enjoy a book  
or surf the web.  
 
Business follow you wherever you go? We know the deal! Our Wireless high speed access makes it easy to  
keep up with those emails and our printer/fax machine may come in handy as well. No block on our phone we  
offer FREE LONG DISTANCE. 
 
Got kids? This is the perfect place to be! The 750sqft. Tile lanai and hardwood floors throughout the living room  
and dining room make for a perfect tricycle track for your two-year-old's. Furthermore, the home is equipped  
with a port-a-crib, highchair, toys, pool floats, etc. Simply inquire about any special requests for your children.  
 
The deck and pool area is a great place to gather for BBQs or to simply work on that Tan. We are located on the  
rainy side of the island, but the sun does shine bright many days year round. Set-up croquet, horseshoes, or  
shoot some hoops outdoors.  
 
If you are traveling with a large group, planning Christmas in Hawaii, or a family reunion - again- this is the  
place for you. We’ve accommodated a hula halau of over 20 strong during the Merrie Monarch Festival and had  
raving reviews. If you’re comfortable with setting up your own air mattresses, cots, or throwing down a  
sleeping bag, this home can comfortably suit the masses. Approval and additional costs may apply given the  
situation. 
 
Note: Coqui Frogs are prevalent in East Hawaii.
