Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful, Non-Smoking, two-level home with four bedrooms and three 
queen beds and a double.  Plus a loft with a bunk! 
Large kitchen with large dining room table. Ceiling fans throughout 
the house. Private dock with access to community boat ramp. 
Spectacular waterfront views off the large deck with screened in area 
for dining with a ceiling fan. Great for enjoying the outdoors.  
Large dock with an upper dock and private beach area as well.  Over 
300 feet of waterfront! We are located on the quiet part of the lake
(public side)and great house for children.

Air Conditioning, DVD Players, Fully Equipped Kitchen, 
Washer & Dryer, Gas Grill (BBQ),Air Hockey Table,

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental weeks run from Sunday to Sunday,Saturday to Saturday, Friday 
to Friday or when available!  Check-in time is 4:00PM and 
check-out time is 11:00.  Pets of any kind are not allowed on 
the premises without permission.

High season rates: May 1 - September 30... $2200.00 per week. 

Memorial Weekend Friday check in 12:00-Monday check out 11:00 $1550.00

Mid season rates: April & October... $1200-1500.00 per week & $800 
weekend.
Off season rates: November 1 - March 31... $1200 week & $675 weekend.
