Vacation Rental Description

Be among the first to rent this 3 year old, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo  
in Seaside Park. 
 
Property is 2 blocks from the ocean, 1 block from the bay. Walk to 
stores, amusement park and dining and beach. 
Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom with 
jacuzzi, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each and a second bathroom. 
Rooms with twin beds each have sliding doors opening onto balconies. 
 
Downstairs: Living room with queen size pull-out sofa and sliding 
doors leading to a small porch. There is also a kitchen, dining area, 
bathroom with a stall shower and a utility room with washer and  
dryer. 
Condo has been professionally decorated with your comfort in mind. 
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles. 
 
We DO NOT rent to groups or young adults. There is no exception.  
Owner will be present upon check-in.  
Pets and smoking not allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo has central air! 
 
All bedrooms are carpeted and have pillows, blankets and comforters  
on the beds. 
They each have cable TV and either a VCR or DVD player or 
both. Each room also has a ceiling fan, closet and dresser. 
 
Living room has 32" cable TV w/surround sound and DVD player and has  
a ceiling fan. 
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and 
pans, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee pot and blender. 
 
Dining room seats 8 and has a ceiling fan. 
 
Outside there is a gas grill and patio furniture. 
 
There are 4 beach badges included.

Activities and Attractions

2 blocks from ocean, 1 block from the bay and magnificent sunsets. 
Walk to everything including the famous Seaside Heights amusement 
park. Fish, jet ski, parasail, go boating or just relax.  
 
Atlantic City is less than a 1 hour drive. 
 
Now renting for the Fall and Winter! The Fall is beautiful at the Jersey shore. Less crowds and  
beatiful weather.

April 5th - May 31st - $900 per week 
May 31st - June 21st - $1300 per week 
June 21st - June 28th - $1850 per week 
JUNE 28th - JULY 5 - $1900 - SPECIAL! 
July 5th - August 16th, $2400 per week 
JULY 12th - JULY 19th, $2200 - SPECIAL! 
August 16th - August 30th, $2200 per week 
August 30th - September 27th - $1200 per week 
September 27th - October 25th - $1000 per week
