Tres Corazones is a private home. It is beach front with beautiful
stone terraces going down to the long, white, sandy, La Mision beach.
The house is surrounded by courtyards, patios and gardens. There is a
12ft wall on the road side of the property with large wood and
wrought-iron gates that open to a stone "U" shaped drive with
parking on the property for four cars.

One of eight original homes built on Playa La Mision in the 1950’s,
Tres Corazones has been carefully remodeled to reflect a contemporary
lifestyle, while maintaining its original charm and splendor.
Relax, allow yourself to be pampered by your surroundings, play, or
stroll on the beach, enjoy the numerous courtyards, patios and
gardens, or simply recline on Tres Corazones' terraces, or beautiful
new deck as you watch the Pacific waves washing sunlit shores.

Tres Corazones is tastefully appointed for your enjoyment and
comfort. A stress free environment - restful by nature - creates an
enchanted experience for guests, while offering accommodations an
adventurer from the modern world might desire. With beach front
access and spectacular views in all directions La Mision’s long,
white, sandy beach is beautiful and can provide many surprising
adventures.

We have a concierge/caretaker, Cesar, who sees that all is running
properly. He is there five days a week. Cesar works on the house
unobtrusively but is available to help if you need him. A lot of
care and love has gone into Tres Corazones restoration and remodeling
to insure a comfortable stay for our family and our guests. We
would love to include you in our growing list of friends and guests
at Tres Corazones.

Amenities
Accommodations are designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Our
gracious rooms with double French doors open onto the exterior
garden courtyards. There are four bedrooms:

• The master suite, The La Gloria Suite, is beach front with
the "tres corazones" fireplace, it includes a bedroom with private
full bath, kitchen, dinning area, small reading library, and great
room.

• The loft suite is very nice with a lovely kiva fireplace,
sleeping up stairs, full bath and living area down stairs. It also
has balconies and a view.

• There are two additional, lovely, double private rooms (shown
in pictures), one with a queen sized bed, La Mision Bedroom and one
with twin beds, El Vacero bedroom.

All the beds have luxurious pillow-top mattresses and each bedroom
has its own private entrance to the exterior courtyard and patio
areas including the master suite. Each bedroom has its own full bath
and there is an extra full bath off the kitchen. The kitchen is
completely furnished with a new Bosch stove, microwave, toaster
oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.

A 12 ft wall surrounds the road side perimeter of the property with
two beautiful wood and iron gates that open to a large “U” shaped
driveway and gardens. There is comfortable parking in the property
for four cars. The concierge/caretaker, Cesar, speaks English and
Spanish.

Linens are supplied but you will need to bring beach towels. A full
list of thing that are supplied, and detailed info on your stay is
sent to you with your key, upon final payment for your stay.

Activities
Guests are encouraged to relax in many areas. On the beach in front
of Tres Corazones, there is an estuary to the south, tide pools to
the north. Imagine surfing the waves with Dolphin along Baja shores
as they frolic in front of the house, or studing the seasonal whale
migrations. There is great surfing, horse back riding, and
colorful, light aircraft "fly-by" from nearby La Salinas looking
like flying kites, and parachutes or something Orville and Wilber
Wright might be playing with. Golfing at Baja Mar is 5 minutes south
of us, La Mision has Many great restaurants.

Stroll through wonderfully interesting beach neighborhoods. The
cool Baja nights are perfect to enjoy a beach fire pit, or relax
with your favorite beverage on the starlit terraces overlooking
night time sand and surf. Indoors, the warmth of the 'Tres
Corazones' fireplace in the main guest area of the master suite has
comfortable lounge seating and reading areas.

There is a small colonia near-by with restaurants, a bakery
(panaderia), grocery store, and hardware store. Ask Cesar for
details. The famous La Fonda restaurant is two minutes away with
live music and dancing at night and a great brunch on its palapa
covered ocean view patio. La Fonda was a favorite haunt of movie
stars like Ali McGraw and Steve Mac Queen. Rosarito, Puerto Nuevo
and Ensenada are all within minutes for shopping, dining and play.
The Valley of Guadelupe’s wine country is an hour’s drive south.

Tres Corazones is available year around.

Non-holiday rates with a two night minimum stay:

Accommodations begin at $250.00 per night US Dollars for the “master
suite” The La Gloria Suite with the 'tres corazones' fireplace
(includes: kitchen, great
room, one bedroom with a queen size pillow-top mattress and full
bathroom, and an additional full bathroom off the kitchen).

Additional bedroom - La Mision bedroom, $125 per night (Queen size
pillow-top mattress
and full bath).

Additional bedroom - El Vacuero bedroom $125 per night (two twin
sized pillow-top
mattresses and full bath).

Loft suite - $200 per night with a two story kiva fireplace
(includes: sleeping area with queen sized pillow-top mattress and
balconies in loft , living area and full bath down
stairs).

The full house rents for $550 a night
(Full house consists of a Master suite with kitchen, great room, and
one bedroom; two additional bedrooms, and one loft suite. Each
bedroom has its own private full bathroom pillow-top beds and
private keyed entrance).

Weekly and long term retreat rates are available by request.


Holiday weekends with a three night minimun stay. Thanksgiving,
