Vacation Rental Description

Our privately owned luxury five bedroom, three bathroom villa is  
located on the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, a prestigious  
gated Community, close to all the world famous attractions,  
entertainment, recreation, shopping & much more. 
Our luxury villa is fully air conditioned and has it's own screened ,  
heated pool complete with pool furniture and safety fence for  
children.There is also a new hot tub/jacuzzi on the extended deck. 
The interior is very spacious over 2 floors and comprises of Master  
Bedroom with en-suite, 2 further double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and  
2 further bathrooms.  There is a large family room with cable TV, DVD  
& Playstation 2 and a Games Room located in the garage with Pool  
Table,Soccer Table and Electronic Darts. 
The house has a formal Dining Area, Kitchen Nook , fully equipped  
Kitchen and Utility Room housing washer/dryer.  All local telephone  
calls are free and all linen is provided.Crib and high chair provided  
free of charge for young guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Southern Dunes is a gated Community and all leisure facilities are  
available to guests.  These include an 18 hole PGA Golf Course,  
Clubhouse and Restaurant, Community Pools, Fishing Lake, Tennis  
Courts,Fitness Centre and a small Children's Play Area. 
Local amenities ( all located at the entrance to Southern Dunes)  
include a 24 hour Walmart superstore, Bank, Gas Station, Pharmacy and  
numerous Restaurants and fast food outlets (some will deliver). 
There is a walk in Medical Centre at the entrance and a General  
Hospital is a 5 minute drive away.

Southern Dunes is the perfect location for your Florida vacation.  It  
is a short drive from all the theme parks and shopping malls, yet  
only 1 hour from the beaches at Clearwater and Daytona. Orlando  
International airport is 35 minutes drive.
