The Cabin in Manzanita

The Cabin is non-smoking.  Located at the top of a gently sloping hill that ends at the beach, the house is out of the Tsunami Zone.  

The Cabin is a chalet style cabin with lots of sunny exposure.
Vaulted ceilings and skylights make for a spacious and airy
interior. The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the
upstairs loft is open and is furnished with a queen bed and two twin
beds.

The Cabin is surrounded by trees and natural landscaping with ocean view in the distance. Set away
from other homes The Cabin provides privacy. A sunny deck faces
south.

The Cabin is located five blocks from the beach and three blocks from downtown Manzanita. The grocery store is two blocks away.

The Cabin has a fully supplied kitchen including microwave, coffee
maker and Jenn-Aire stovetop with grill, oven.  New granite slab countertops newly installed. Maytag washer and dryer.

All sheets and towels are provided, warm flannel sheets in winter, cool cotton sheets in summer.

A small library and video
collection are provided. Cable TV with HDTV and DVD. TV with VHS.

The Cabin is located 5 minutes from Neahkahnie Mountain where
excellent hiking trials climb to magnificent coastal views. Oswald
West State Park is 7 minutes away. Nehalem Bay boat dock is 5
minutes away where fishing, crabbing, clamming is available.
Manzanita Golf Course is 5 minutes away. Windsurfing, kite flying,
beachcombing... the list goes on

High Season: May 1 through Sept 30, $150/night (7 night minimum July and August, Saturday to
Saturday).

Holidays: $150/night(three night weekend).

Low Season: Oct 1 through April 30, $130/night, 2 night minimum. Weekday night $100/night, 2 night
minimum.

plus city/state tax of 8%
A security deposit of $150.00 is required with the reservation and is returned if there is no damage.
A cleaning fee of $50.00 is not refundable.

Pet policy: One well behaved, medium size dog is welcomed. Sorry, no cats. Pet fee is $50.
