Vacation Rental Description

This is a superb 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at a prime location 
near the beach at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort.  The kitchen is 
equipped with an electric range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, 
garbage disposal, microwave, and a large table that will sit six 
comfortably.  The living area gets the bright morning sun.  This 
will envigorate you as you sipe on your coffee and read the 
newspaper or watch the daily news.  It has a hide-a-bed sofa, 
lazyboy chair, and tv set. The unit has a second tv in the master 
bedroom.  You may watch your programs while the kids watch theirs. 
The master bedroom has a queensize bed with a connecting bathroom.  
The second bedroom has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom. Linens 
are totally provided except for beach towels.  The unit has been 
redecorated within the last five years.  This is really a very 
comfortable unit.  It is ideal for those who want to come to the 
beach.  The short walk will have you to the ocean in a very few 
minutes.   Why not come to the beach and ocean this year.  It will 
be a memory that you'll not forget.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is 55 acres of the finest beach 
area on the island.  The outdoor pool is the largest and finest on 
the island.  If you want an active morning, try biking or tennis.   
They are close by and just a few minutes walk.  If you want to 
relax, try the pool or the ocean.  There are numerous organized 
activities for the kids at the resort throughout the summer.   Last 
year over 2000 kids participated in the many programs offered.  A 
happy kid will make your life less complicated during your stay.  
The pool also offers refreshments throughout the summer.   The pool 
is a place that you can relax and make new friends.   Many 
outstanding restaurants are within 2-3 miles of the resort.   There 
is a cuisine for almost every taste you might have and the 
professional chefs prepare their entrees in an exquisite fashion.  
There is a tennis pro and a convenience store to take care of other 
needs.  Several golf courses are a short distance from the resort.

Activities and Attractions

Several fantastic golf courses are near and provide an excellent 
place to hit the ball.   The courses on the island are second to 
none.  You can swim at the pool or ocean as well as relax at both.  
The bike concession offer deals throughout the summer that will 
encourage you to actively ride around the resort or island.  The 
pool bar offers drinks and sandwiches for you who like a snack. 
Maybe you would like to see the island from the sea.   That can 
be arranged, too.  The kids enjoy their programs and cruising to see 
the dolphins.  Maybe tennis is your game, you can enjoy that, too.  
For you historians, Beaufort and Savannah are close.  You will find 
that their historical districts are second to none in the southeast 
US.   The manufacturing retail outlet stores provide a shopping 
opportunit to save money.   If it should accidently rain, you might 
find this a useful way to spend your day.  Stores to provide for 
most of your needs are close by.  It will take only a few minutes to 
get there.  As the day winds down, a walk on the beach just 
listening to the surf will put your mind at ease and prepare you for 
that restful night.   For tomorrow you will need that energy to take 
you on another journey.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rentals rates are based on weekly rentals (7 nights)
March 1 - April 30   $625 a week  (Except week before or after 
Easter) Those weeks are $775
May  -   $625 a week
Jun, Jul, & Aug -  $800 a week
Sep - Oct -  $675 a week
Nov through Feb  $550 a week  (Monthly rates may be negotiated 
during 
this time frame)
Open weeks may be negotiable (call one week prior)
