walking distance to everything you come to the beach for. Golfers
will enjoy multiple quality courses nearby.

Fully equipped,centrally air-conditioned, three bedroom, two and
a half bath vacation retreat. First floor guest suite boasts a
comfortable queen size bed, color tv/dvd combination and sliding
glass door to patio that adjoins the gated pool.
Second level contains family dining area and modern kitchen with
dishwasher, microwave, stove, blenders, etc. Kitchen window
overlooks pool. Adjoining family room has fireplace, color tv/dvd
combo and queen size hide-a-bed couch. Sliding glass door opens to
large second story deck/dining area.
Third level boasts spacious master suite with king size bed, walk
in closet, stereo, television, dvd, and private sundeck with limited
bay and ocean views. Hallway contains full sized washer and dryer
and unique double access full bathrooms. Fun kids room has four bunk
beds, large closet and view of swimming pool.

Walk 100 steps and swim in the Atlantic Ocean and relax on the best
family beach on the east coast....walk out your back door and relax
by the private pool...walk across the street and grab a pizza or a
sub or get dressed up and walk down the block for an upscale candle
light dinner...then walk outside to the dock bar for a coctail and
dancing. The kids can walk across the street and play putt putt
golf, arcade games, or ride the go-carts. Walk a couple of blocks
and rent a speedboat, jetski, or go para-sailing. Take a short ride
(bike or car) into Ocean City for the boardwalk attractions /
nightlife or ride down to Rehoboth for the Outlet shopping. Golfers
bring the sticks and spend a day (or all week) on the links....or
send the kids out to the pool/beach, crank up the A/C and take a
nap.
