This luxury villa is BRAND NEW and ready for rent!!! 
 
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: 
The master suite has a king sized bed, large walk-in closet with  
en suite bathroom featuring a full size polystone bath and huge walk  
in shower with his and hers sinks.  
 
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom  
features a pair of twin beds. Both bedrooms share a large guest  
bathroom with a walk in shower.   
 
The Lanai area also has its own attached half bathroom for added  
convenience. 
 
Family Areas: 
There is a luxurious spacious formal lounge and dining room. 
The family room has an upgraded speaker system, big screen TV with  
cable, as well as a DVD player.  All rooms, including the lanai, are  
equipped with a radio/ intercom speaker system.   
 
Catering Facilities: 
The kitchen includes everything you should need including a 
microwave oven, ceramic cook top range, huge fridge with icemaker  
and plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.  
 
Full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer and laundry tub  
sink are included.  
 
Pool Details: 
The private, electrically heated pool with waterfall is west facing  
so the sun is on the pool area right through until late afternoon.   
(Please note that electric pool heating is an optional extra $75  
charge per week to cover the cost of additional electric.) 
 
The pool is screened with a large deck, barbeque grill, patio table,  
six chairs and four sun loungers. The pool deck looks out onto the  
trees in the backyard which create added privacy.
