Home has four (4) bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and ice maker,
cathedral den, living room, laundry room, dining area off the
kitchen, loft and a large walk-out basement. Large full deck off
the main floor and a cozy front porch for quiet retreats. Sleeping
accomodations include 2 queen beds upstairs and a queen pull-out
sofa in the loft, double bed, twin bunks, and pull-out futon in the
basement. Maximum capacity is 10 persons. Community has secured
common area for loading and unloading of boats with parking
preferred at home within walking distance. Very quiet community
with many full-time residents. Other ammenities include gas grill,
porch and patio furnishings, foosball table in the basement,
attached 1 1/2 car garage, Direct TV, DVD and VCR. Elk Creek
General Store located nearby. NO BED OR BATH LINENS PROVIDED. PETS
AND SMOKING STRONGLY PROHIBITED.
