Beachfront resort Ocean Village in Hutchinson Island

Our golf villa is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with an extra sink and dressing
room, living room, full kitchen with dishes, new microwave, and new
dishwasher, and new refrigerator and washer and dryer. Freshly
painted and updated. The bedroom has two twin beds, a queen sofa
bed
is in the living room. 2 tvs, vcr, cd stereo and cable tv. central
heat and air, ceiling fans, all linens too. Our unit is a ground
floor with a lanai overlooking the 8th hole. We are in the center
of
the complex, 2-3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Max 4 people.
No
smoking inside unit. Ocean village has beautiful landscaped grounds,
well maintained. Must be 25 years of age.

Ocean Village Resort is located on S. Hutchinson Island in Ft.
Pierce. There are 10 tennis courts, 9 hole 3 par golf course, 4
heated pools, hot tub, tiki bar, exercise room, basketball,
volleyball, bocce, sauna, raquetball courts, shuffleboard, and more.
Private beach, Atlantic Ocean, located directly on the beach. Golf
is
free in the summer, $3 fee in high season(winter). Ocean Village is
a gated community.

All the attractions are from 15 min to 2 hours away such as Disney,
Seaworld, Kennedy Space center, Shopping and 65 golf courses within
a
one hour drive. Deep sea fishing and party boats availible from Ft
Pierce marina, surf fishing right off the beach for Blue fish,
Pompano and many other species. LA dodger and Ny Mets spring
training
camps nearby.

"Off" season is May 1 to Nov. 30. Rates are $450.00 weekly.
"In" season is Dec. 1 to Apr. 30. Rates are $675.00 weekly.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $60.00. Extended rentals will
receive discounts. There is a refundable security deposit of
$250.00
required. Two week mimimum may be required for certain times of the
year. No trailers, trucks, r.v. or boat parking availible. At
least 30 days cancellation notice is required on weekly
reservations, 60 days notice required on all monthly reservations
for
return of deposit. 11.5% florida hotel tax applies.
