Vacation Rental Description

This remodeled home has 3 bedrooms downstairs with a livingroom,  
dining area, kitchen, and den/computer room upstairs.  Furniture is  
new and nicely furnished and tastefully designed.  From the upstairs  
you see the ocean and wonderful sunsets of the intercoastal from the  
wraparound porches.  This is our personal home and offered for the  
very first time as rental property.  Bedlinens, accessories, are new  
and offered for your personal use.  Beach access is directly across  
the street.  You could not ask for anything better on the island.   
Two bedrooms have queen size beds, master suite has a king size bed.   
All bathrooms have a tub and shower.  There is also an outside shower  
and new grill for cooking.  Great location!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

This house is located on Topsail Beach approximately 6  
miles from Surf City.  In a very safe and dry area should there be  
any inclement weather.
