This three bedroom year round house sits at the end of a
private cul de sac on the waterfront in the sought after area of
Green Hill Beach. Fully furnished both inside and out. Enjoy
spectacular ocean and Block Island views from second floor deck off
of living area. No need to pack the car and drive to the beach!
There are two private beaches and the public Green Hill Beach half a
block away.

First floor eat in kitchen, dining room, living room with full
sleeper sofa, full bath, bedroom with bunk bed with full futon bunk
bed on bottom. Second floor deck, two bedrooms (queen bed, full
size bed), bathroom, living space with full sleeper sofa with
beautiful views of ocean.

Outdoor shower, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Cable TV,
VCR,DVD
Gas Grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, fans.
Second floor deck with spectacular views of ocean and Block Island.

Short half block walk to Green Hill private beaches and Green Hill
public beach. Public Park with terrific playscape, tennis courts,
basketball courts within 1 mile. Cruise to Block Island on one of
many ships leaving from Point Judith daily. Visit exciting Newport,
Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos and Point Judith Lighthouse just a
short distance away. Visit the specialty and antique stores in the
quaint towns of Watch Hill and Wickford. Plenty of great nearby
restaurants to choose from. There are numerous private and public
golf courses in the area as well. Or just relax by the sea!
