the heart of the rugged and beautiful Oregon coast...less than a two
hour drive from Portland through Oregon's wine country.

Four bedrooms...one master suite with king size bed, second master
suite with queen size bed, third bedroom with twins, and fourth with
extremely comfortable built-in
bunk beds. Three bathrooms. The house is
all on one level. A really great beach house!

Crabbing, deep sea fishing and river salmon fishing, 4 golf
courses minutes away, horse back riding, great shopping, less than
one
hour from Newport Aquarium, Chinook Winds Casino less than 5 minutes
from the house.

June 15-September 15, $375/night, $2625/week, one week minimum,

Holidays at summer rates, 3-4 night minimum,

October 1-February 28 $240/night, $1680/week, 2 night minimum,

March 1-June 14 and Sept 16-30, $340/night, $2380/week, 2 night
minimum,

$100 cleaning fee plus refundable security deposit of $300, 1% tax on rent only.
