NICE 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage approx 200 yards from Public Beach 
Access. Quite part of PCB offers a beautiful white sand beach that 
very few people use. This is not near any highrise condos. Far West 
End near Carillon and New Publix grocery store. 
Walk to Bayou Bills Crab Shack. Super back yard completely fenced 
with covered Lanai perfect for BBQs rain or shine. This cottage 
is suitable for respectful and self sufficient guests only. No maid 
service available. Home is personal residence of owner-agent and not 
part of a large rental pool. We care about your experience and the 
condition of the home.
Well mannered pets and well mannered guests are welcome.

Well kept Home has computer internet access, Cable tv, DVD-
VCR, central air conditioning, washer-dryer, ceiling fans,Gas and
