Island of Hawaii!
Koa Hale is a lovely and immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront
home which features a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific
Ocean from the large tiled lanai, making this the perfect place to
relax with family and friends.
Centrally located, Koa Hale is within minutes of shopping,
restaurants, golf, deep sea charters and within walking distance of
Kahaluu Park (great place to snorkel) and 4 1/2 miles south of
Kailua Bay.

Amenities of this home include, optional remote controlled Mitsubishi air
conditioning system (small daily fee of $25), CD, DVD, TV, wireless
Internet, Hot Springs Spa on the lanai, large
capacity washer and dryer, and the view of the Pacific that is just stunning.
Our full kitchen/bar and bath areas feature solid Birch
wood cabinets and granite counter tops with white stone tile in all
bath areas, large Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, rare koa wood
flooring throughout the home.
The living area, dining area and kitchen bar are located in the
center of the home making this the perfect place for visiting and
entertaining with family and friends. This entire area opens up onto
the lanai with a glass wall, bringing the outdoors in and filling
the home with the soothing sounds of the ocean against the shore and
a cooling sea breeze.
The kitchen features a double door refrigerator freezer with
ice maker and filtered water dispenser in the door, self cleaning
Jenn-Aire oven, microwave, bar area. We provide all linens, beach
towels and basic supplies. We have a bin with snorkel stuff, boogie
boards, beach towels, mats and ice chests for your use.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, slider that opens onto the
lanai, TV, large walk in closet and jacuzzi tub in the bath. The
second bedroom has a queen size bed with a slider that opens onto
the lanai. The third bedroom has two twin size beds.  We also have a crib available for those traveling with infants, and a queen air mattresss for additional guests.
Koa Hale is a gated home for your security and privacy with a garden
courtyard and a waterfall feature. Parking is available is the
courtyard.

Koa Hale is centrally located on Alii Drive. Shopping, golf,
restaurants, swimming, surfing, fishing all within a short distance.
Kahaluu Beach park has rental shops for snorkel gear, kayaks, surf
and boogie boards and surf school. The park also features shower and
changing rooms, picnic areas and lots of palm trees to relax under.
We are located 4 1/2miles south of Kailua Bay.

Our nightly high season rate is 399.00, with a 5 night minimum
We offer an off season nightly rate of 375.00 per night for April, May and
September, also 5 night minimum. 
All rates are subject to the State of Hawaii tax of 13.42%.
We require a 500.00 refundable security deposit, the departing
housekeeping fee is 250.00.
Air-Conditioning- We offer use of air conditioning at a small daily
rate of 25.00, this is an additional option, please let us know when
reserving if you would like to use the system. The use fee helps to
offset our really expensive utility bill with Hawaiian Electric!
Sure is a blessing when it's hot!
We require 25% of the total amount of the rental within 2 days to
confirm and the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior
to arrival. We accept personal checks or credit cards.
