Vacation Rental Description

Relax and rejuvenate in a mid-century modern oasis in legendary Palm 
Springs, California.  The Villa Alejo Condominiums feature a 
beautifully landscaped courtyard pool and spa area amidst 
breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by the unique architecture 
of this magnificent gem built in 1966.  Legend has it that Frank 
Sinatra and members of the Kennedy clan have vacationed at this hip 
and swanky Palm Springs address.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cool turquoise and lime green accent the south pacific-flavored 
décor inside your fully furnished, air-conditioned accommodations.  
The patio bar and stools on your private terrace beckon you to relax 
with that cocktail and absorb the breathtaking views of Mount San 
Jacinto rising above the courtyard palms.

Guests with laptop computers will enjoy free high-speed wireless 
internet access!

The immense pool and 12-person spa are surrounded by an expansive 
deck, on which chaises lounges await you.  The relatively few number 
of guests poolside at any given time make for quiet, tranquil 
basking in the sun and cooling off in the water.  Adjacent to the 
pool area are a built-in gas grilling area, laundry room, workout 
room with cardio-equipment and weights, and men and women’s saunas.

The bedroom features ample closet space and a king-size bed.  A 
queen-size convertible sofa is in the living room.

Activities and Attractions

Leave you car in your reserved subterranean parking space.  A block 
away from Villa Alejo you’ll find first class shopping boutiques and 
fine dining along dynamic Palm Canyon Drive.  Stroll two blocks 
south and you’re at the front door of the sparkling new Palm Springs 
Spa Casino!  The Casino’s courtesy shuttle can be caught across the 
street and will take you to the center of town at Tahquitz Canyon 
Way.  Two blocks further east of the Spa Casino situates you at the 
Palm Springs Convention Center.  The aerial tram to the top of Mount 
San Jacinto, the Agua Caliente Casino, hiking and rock climbing in 
Joshua Tree National Park, and world-class golf courses are just 
minutes away by car.
