story side stairs lead to a large roof top deck for stunning ocean
and breath-taking river views. Master Suite with Private Bath and 
Guest Bedroom, both in back of home, open to balcony with wooded 
view. Ceiling fans throughout. Covered Parking beneath home large 
enough for 2 cars & trailered boat. Outside Enclosed Shower and Fish 
Cleaning Station. Water Access steps away from WORLD'S BEST flats 
fishing. 2 block easy walk to non-driving beach. 

 3 minute drive to grocery, hair & nail salons and restaurants.
 9 minute drive to Shopping Center & many more restaurants.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This single family home has a Master Suite with Queen Bed, 2 
dressers, private bath with ceramic tile/tub, large walk-in closet 
and separate storage closet. Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds, 2 small 
dressers and large closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to 
a shared covered deck.

Kitchen is equipped with new white appliances including frig,
dishwasher, microwave, ceramic top stove with convection oven 
feature, coffee pot, toaster, juicer and coordinating dishware 
including table linens for tasteful home dining enjoyment. Dining 
table seats 4 with "extension leaf" to accommodate 6 with 6 matching 
chairs.

Laundry Room with large capacity washer/dryer, ironing board & iron. 
Laundry Room provides additonal interior storage space.

2 TV's both with satellite connection/remotes: one in Master Bedroom 
and one in Living Room. VCR & Stereo with remote. Bring cell phones 
as there is no land line phone.

Your boat may be anchored In-Water steps away from house for early 
morning fishing trips or late trip returns!

Tips can be provided on Best Fishing Spots close to home.
World Class fishing guides available upon request.
