Vacation Rental Description
Serenity Place is located on the south end of the island right off
the main road of Estero Blvd.
This fantastic waterfront getaway is located on a
cul-de-sac of Estero Bay with a newly installed private pool that
is heated by solar heat.
A deeded beach access is located across the street for easy access
to the white sand, cool blue waters and great Florida sun.
WIFI High Speed Internet Service is provided at no extra charge(Comcast) -
and all you have to do is bring your own computer!
Enjoy a home cooked meal with a newly updated, fully-stocked kitchen
with new appliance and a quaint dining room area with room to seat
eight.
The relaxing living room is furnished with a large sectional
couch and beautiful plantation shutters to view the front yard.
A Florida room (off the dining room) provides a complete open window
view and access to the lanai and backyard bay. New Florida inspired
furniture also includes a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable
mattress and a large screen tv with dvd/vcr for your entertainment
pleasures.
From the Florida room, fresh air and relaxation poolside is a step
away as you enter onto the lanai with private pool. Enjoy
entertaining with the charcoal grill, or gas grill, and relax and
sunbathe poolside on several lounge chairs, or take a dip in the
solar heated pool which graduates from 3 feet to 7 feet in depth.
Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and pool accessories are
provided.
Enjoy the comforts of home with three bedrooms and two full
bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath,
large walk-in closet, wall-mounted tv with cable, ceiling fan and
large sliding glass door overlooking the pool and Estero Bay.
The second bedroom features a queen bed, large closet space, ceiling
fan and soft pastel colors and tv with cable and dvd player.
The third bedroom is decorated in a "lighthouse/boating" theme with
two twin beds, large closet space, tv with cable and dvd player
and ceiling fan.
The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom off the
main hallway.
All linens and bath towels and pool towels are provided, as is a
washer and dryer located in a laundry room off the kitchen.
Outside shower is conveniently located:
outside the laundry room entrance to rinse off after a day at the
beach.

or enjoy a day at Lover's Key State Park. Near by activities
include: fishing, kayaking, boating, shelling, biking, parasailing
and jet skiing, motor scooter rentals, golf/miniature golf, movie
theatre, shopping and great restaurants. A short drive or trolley
ride can take you to Times Square, the nearby fun public pier full
of shopping, siteseeing, and restaurants. Boat rentals at local
marinas are available or bring your own and enjoy the use of the
boat dock and lift at the house. Nearby locations to visit include
Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and Naples or enjoy local
establishments in the city of Fort Myers. Renting a cabana and
soaking up the sun on the beach is always the best choice!!!!
Vacation Rental Rates
$1395 /week Dec 4 - Jan 29
$1595 / week Jan 29- April 30
$900 /week May 1-Dec 3
holiday weeks +$100
$175 cost of cleaning - for all rentals
plus applicable taxes on weekly rates
$500 deposit required
All rentals on weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Discounts apply
for monthly rentals.
Garage and use of dock are not included in rental rates.
Check In After 4:00 P.M. on Saturday
Check Out Before 10:00 A.M. on Saturday
