3320 West Avenue, first floor. 
 
Newer condo just 2 blocks from the Beach, in a poplular area on West  
Avenue.  Very large front porch with rear deck, both are furnished  
with deck furniture. Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have queen size  
beds with entrances onto the rear deck, master bedroom also includes  
a private full bath; 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds.  The Great  
room is fully furnished including a queen size sleeper sofa, dining  
room table seating for six, island counter with 2 stools, working  
gas fireplace during off-season. 
 
Our property also includes a 2 car private parking area in the rear  
which includes a one car enclosed garage with room for another car  
in driveway; fully enclosed outdoor shower with a hot/cold water  
supply with a separate outlet for just rinsing off. 
 
This is a no-smoking no-pet rental.  We rent to families  
only.  (Because of a problem I had this past summer, any adult signing my contract must be living in  
my home  
during that rented week.  My home is not a party house for senior week.  If it is found that any  
adult has  
signed a contract and is not living in my home during that week, all will be evicted immediately and  
no refunds  
of rent or security deposit will be given. )

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full size washer and dryer; microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal;  
central air conditiong; ceiling fans are provided in  
all bedrooms and in the great room; 27" T.V. with VCR/DVD/Cable in  
great room and T.V./DVD/Cable in the master bedroom. 
 
We are within a short walking distance not only to the beach but to  
a large community playground; basketball and tennis courts;  
supermarket, bike rentals; fresh seafood and produce; restaurants  
WAWA, CVS and shopping.

Activities and Attractions

Ocean City is a family oriented vacation hot spot featuring one of  
the cleanest, most entertaining boardwalks on the east coast.   
Family fun abounds with the old time arcades, two large amusement  
parks, water park and movie theater.  Shopping is a premium with the  
many unique specialty shops.  A wide variety of tasty treats lines  
the boardwalk with everything from soft and hand dipped ice cream,  
polish water ice, monkey bread, pizza and specialty sandwiches to  
full service restaurants.  Downtown Ocean City also provides several  
blocks of unique specialty shops, a department store and many  
choices for dining from casual to fine.  Shopping and dining is  
truly a premium in Ocean City. 
 
When not on the boardwalk, entertainment is never at a loss with the  
many minature golf courses, ice cream shops, and you can't miss the  
sea shell museum.   
 
And for the health conscious, two work-out gyms are located in the  
downtown area. 
 
Fishing and Boating is available within 5 miles. There are many  
attractive Golf courses in the area including the Ocean City golf  
course just a few blocks away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Fall Weekend Get-Away Rates: 
 
$400 weekend rate includes Friday night and Saturday night OR 
       Saturday night and Sunday night.  (Each additional night  
       $150)

$200.00 Security Deposit will be added to the rental total.  If the  
property is free from damage and excessive cleaning issues, a full  
refund of the deposit is returned within 2-3 weeks after check-out.   
 
Lease e-mailed, faxed or mailed immediately. 
If you book with me for weeks during the summer rental season from January through March:  $200  
security  
deposit and one-third of rental is due within 7 days of booking. The remaining payments will be  
scheduled  
according to when you book, with the final payment being due one month prior to check-in. 
 
If you book in April: $200 security deposit and 1/2 of rental is due within 7 days, with the second  
1/2 due one  
month prior to check-in. 
 
All bookings May 1st and thereafter for the summer rental season must be paid in full within 7 days. 
 
Off Season rentals: the total amount is due upon receipt of the  
signed contract. 
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Refund given only if property rents for  
the week which was cancelled.  Non-refunded monies cannot be used  
for future rentals.
