Vacation Rental Description

Our condominium is a two bedroom two bathroom ocean front unit. We 
have a Dell 42” plasma TV in the living room. The guest bedroom has a 
small 20” plasma TV. The master bedroom has a large 35” TV. The guest 
room and the living room have DVD players. Both Bedrooms offer great 
views of the ocean. The guest bedroom can be closed off to be its own 
private wing. This condo is our second home that we come to on the 
weekends, we love it here. The unit also offers a washer/dryer. We 
have completely updated the unit this year. It has travertine tile 
through out.

Our ocean front Condominium is in a Development called Ocean Village. 
The cost of your rental includes; 2 Bocce Courts.....1 Shuffleboard 
Court.....10 Tennis Courts.....9-Hole Par-3 Executive Golf 
Course.....Exercise Room.....Racquetball Room.....Basketball 
Court.....3 swimming pools. 
Our unit is on the second floor and it has an amazing ocean view. 
When you sit on the balcony, you feel like you are sitting on the 
beach. We have golf clubs, tennis racquets for our guests use. We 
also have two kayaks, that can be used in the ocean or the near by 
river.
