Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully maintained house (built in 2005), available for weekend, 
and weekly rentals.  Tons of bright living space and  
nicely furnished with a huge loft.  Great front deck and giant 
picnic table.  Everything you need is already there.  Just bring 
linens and towels.  Plenty of parking available and lots of room 
between neighbors.

Located just inside Brier Crest Woods (very easy to find).  Short
walk to the lake, beach, tennis courts, basketball courts and more. 
The beach is "kid friendly" and is staffed by a life guard.  Lake is
stocked yearly for catch and release fishing (PA license required).

We are located only minutes from Lake Harmony, Split Rock Resort, Big 
Boulder, Jack Frost, Hickory Run State Park, and the Pocono Raceway.  
Very close to Camelback and other great mountains as well.

April $250/weekend; $400 week
May  $300/weekend; $450 week
June $350/weekend; $500 week
July $350/weekend; $550 week
August $450/weekend; $700 week

Memorial Day weekend (5/23-26) - $450
Pocono 500 (6/8/08) - Rent 6/6-6/9 for $650
July 4th weekend $500 or week (6/29-7/6) $750
Pennsylvania 500 (8/3/08) - Rent 8/1-8/4 for $750
Labor Day Weekend (8/29-9/1) - $650  
Call or E-mail for all other 2008 dates.
Other holidays may be subject to special rates, prices may change at 
anytime.  Flexible time periods available.

$300 security deposit required (fully refundable) and $50 cleaning 
fee will apply.  You supply the sheets & towels.  
Must be at least 21 to rent.
