Vacation Rental Description

Newly remodeled studio condo in newly renovated building, beautiful 
relaxing ocean view from private balcony on 2nd floor.  Unit is 
across the street from beach and new park but has a great ocean 
view.  Completely furnished, full kitchen, linens, color TV, cable 
and HBO.

Walk to beach, shopping center, fine restaurants and tennis.

Enjoy golf, deep sea fishing, swimming, snorkeling, surfing.

This is the closest beach to Orlando attractions, Disney, Sea World 
(one hour drive).

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 full size Murphy beds plus 2 bunk beds sleeps a total of 6.  New 
kitchen appliances, Corian counters, ceramic tile, plumbing 
fixtures, central air and heat, microwave oven, stove, oven, VCR, 
telephone and swimming pool.  Private balcony overlooking Atlantic 
ocean.

Activities and Attractions

Gorgeous New Smyrna Beach offers a vast array of local attractions, 
including: The Scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at 
Canaveral National Seashore  (a protected bird sanctuary), Historic 
Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries 
and restaurants, New Smyrna Beach Flea Market,  Antique Shopping  
Pavilions, Sugar Mill Ruins and  Turnbull Ruins. Horseback riding, 
hiking and bike rentals are also available.

The beautiful Inter-coastal Waterway, just minutes away, offers a 
great variety of fishing and water sports with ocean access... 
snorkeling, diving,water skiing,  jet skiing, surfing.(Boat rentals 
are available), river cruises, and catamaran sailing.

Two gambling Cruise Lines offer free 4 hour cruises twice daily, 
within easy driving distance from the condo. 

Sea turtle nesting begins in May and continues through September.  
Hatching begins in June and continues through October.  You can 
recognize their nests by roped off sections right on the beach!

15 minutes to Daytona Beach, 30 minutes to Ormand Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (MAY-SEPT)
Daily Rate is $85 (3-NIGHT MINIMUM)
Weekly Rate is $500
Monthly Rate is $1,100

Winter Rates (OCT-APRIL)
Daily Rate is $85 (3-NIGHT MINIMUM)
Weekly Rate is $500
Monthly Rate is $1,200

(Biketoberfest and Bike Week: $150/Night, $750/Week)

Rates do not include a one-time $75 Cleaning Fee and 12.5% Tax.

Reservation/Security Deposit:
$200 reservation deposit required.  This deposit converts to a $200 
security deposit at check in and is refunded to you within two weeks 
after check out so long as the unit is in the same condition as when 
you arrived.

Cancellation Fee:
$25.00 with 30 days or more notice.
$200.00 with less than 30 day notice.

Payment Terms:
Owner accepts all Major Credit/Debit Cards.
Mariners Cove Office only accepts cash or check
