Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, newly remodeled, furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, 
is located in exclusive Ponce Inlet. Kitchen floor has just been 
retiled.  This first floor walk-out unit 
boasts furniture rep quality furnishings throughout.  Master bedroom 
has a king size bed with a walk-out leading to pool and ocean. 
Master bath boasts a garden tub and his and her sinks.  The guest 
bedroom has a balcony and two twin beds with armoire and TV.  Second 
bathroom is very spacious and offers dual vanities.  You will find 
the brand new furnishings in the living room, including oversized 
sofa, armoire with TV/DVD/VCR and stereo.  The wall of mirrors in 
the living room allow views of the ocean, from the kitchen and 
dining area.  This is a NON-smoking unit!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo comes complete with linens, beach chairs, towels, and a 
fully equipped eat in kitchen, with brand new refrigerator, giving 
you all the amenities of home 
for your pleasure and convenience.  The unit has a washer and dryer 
and microwave.  There are three ocean front pools.  For your 
pleasure and fun, there are tennis courts, a full fitness center 
overlooking the ocean,jacuzzi's, sauna, and safe underground 
parking.  This unit is only one of two units that have a private 
first floor walk-out to the pool and ocean.  UNIT IS WHEEL CHAIR 
ACCESSIBLE.

Activities and Attractions

Ponce Inlet is a prestigious, upscale community, and offers a 
peaceful, non-driving beach. A must see attraction is the light 
house (a local favorite). There are many ocean and river 
restaurants, with the North Turn Restaurant being just a short walk 
from your front door. Other activities include the Marine Science 
Center, Sun Cruz Casino, surfing, fishing, golf, and shopping. The 
condo is just ten minutes from Daytona Beach. Walt Disney World, 
Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 60 
minute drive. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,800 Special.  What a deal!
January, February, March, July and August asking $2,000 per month.
April, May, June, September, October, November, December asking 
$1,800 per month.  
All long term and repeat rentals are negotiable.  
An additional fee of $85 for housekeeping and 12.5% resort tax also 
required.
