Vacation Rental Description

This luxury apartment is located on the 18th floor of a new highrise 
building,twenty floors high, overviewing the Pacific Ocean.The apt 
has been recently remodeled with a new king bed, refrigerator, new 
curtains, pictures, newly painted and other amenities.  The 
building is located across the street from the beach. The mall is located behind the building.
The apartment is 920 square feet including the terrace (the terrace is very large) and 
has a view of the ocean and the Bay of Valparaiso .  The 
apartment has one bedroom suite with jacuzzi, a second bathroom with 
shower for guests.  Both bathrooms have marble sinks.  The terrace is
the main attraction and it has a panoramic view of the ocean, beach, 
view of the ships sailing to and from the port of Valparaiso.  The 
living room and the bedroom have phones.  The kitchen is furnished 
with all kitchen utencils.  There is a intercom system (bedroom-
living room) that connects with the receptionist downstairs, and 
building employees available 24 hours a day. Central heating is 
available in the winter. Cleaning is done 2 times a week or every 
day at the guest request. Parking is available on the first floor. A 
Beauty Parlor is beneath the building.  The mall is two minutes away 
behind the building.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo is 920 sq feet, it is located facing the beach.  It is a 
private retreat, no noise and it is only 50% occupied.  Special for a 
romantic relaxing vacation.  The kitchen has a coffee maker, cooking
utensils, grill, iron & board, microwave, refrigerator, toaster. The 
dining room living room is connected to the kitchen by a window and 
has space for two twin beds. The dining room has sitting for 4 
people.  The main bedroom has a king bed.  The living room has two 
twin beds for two people. Cable tv, stereo system and tv are 
available.  Outside there is an outdoor swimming pool (heated in the 
winter), garden chairs or pool chairs are available. Children are 
welcome (preferable older than ten, due to the altitude (18th 
floor). The terrace has a sofa bed adequate for 2 children.  The 
building is wheelchair accessible and is sourrended by gardens with 
a small lake behind.  In the picture the building is the second from 
the left.

Activities and Attractions

Cycling, fishing (Valparaiso, 10 minutes away), golf, horseback 
riding, sailing, suba diving or snorkeling, skiing (two hours away) 
surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing, casino within 2 miles.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates: Minimum Stay in the summer is 10 days.  Price 
reduction for 
staying longer than 1 mo.

Summer Rates: 2,000.00, $2,250/mo. (December 
through April) February $3,500

August, September, October, November:  $1,250.00 plus homeowners fees (4 months)
September, October, November: $1,300.00 plus homeowners fees (three months).
December: $2,750.00 (one month)
January:  $3,000.00

Three(3) or more people, there is an extra charge per person.

$125.00/day(US dollars) for 10 to 15 days(These rates are only good from May through September)
$95.00 to $115.00 from 3 weeks to a month (These rates are only good from May thorugh September
January $150.00/day (2 people); February $200.00/day (two people) February 21 through February 27 
(Festival 
week $300/400/day) March  & April $125.00/day- 150/day for 2 people - Minimum stay in the summer 10 
days.  There is a $500.00 U.S. to $1,000.00 refundable depending on the length of stay
