The spectacular water view is immediately visible as soon as you walk 
in the front door and can be seen from nearly every room in the 
house.  In total, the house boasts 850 + feet of water view.

The house, located on a quiet cul-de-sac road, is elegantly decorated 
in tropical Florida style with a delightful open floor plan and 
plenty of tropical foliage.

The large, fully equipped kitchen features an eat-on counter and 
breakfast nook that overlooks the large, heated pool and water view.  
The spacious family room has a brick fireplace, large screen TV, DVD 
player and stereo system with speakers in every room and on the Lanai 
outside.  A formal living room includes a large screen TV and VCR for 
your enjoyment.

The house also features a formal dining room, laundry room, two guest 
bedrooms (one with a Queen size bed and another with two Twin size 
beds), guest bathroom, and a master bedroom (King size bed) with a 
private shower and Jacuzzi tub - looks out onto a screened atrium 
decorated with tropical plants, figurines and a water fountain.

The house is just minutes from restaurants, shopping centers, and 
numerous local attractions.  Approximately 5 minutes to all Cape 
Coral activities - golf, tennis, beaches, shelling, amusement parks, 
fishing and lots more!

Lanai has southern exposure and large boat dock with boat lift. All 
amenities are included - linens, dishes, utensils, microwave, 
dishwasher, 3 TV's, DVD player, VCR, stereo, central air conditioning 
and heat, washer, dryer, hair dryer, alarm clocks, telephones, 
disposal, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, 
ceiling fans,ice maker, grill, sun loungers, patio table and chairs, 
and garage with electric garage door opener.

$400 to $500 security deposit for weekly rentals - additional

Methods of payment accepted - Travelers check, certified bank check, 
money order, Western Union and wire transfer in US currency. There is 
an additional $10.00 fee per wire transaction.
