This LUXURY villa is situated on a premium plot in the community of
Orange Tree, on highway 27 close to the 192 junction. The perfect
location just 8 MILES FROM DISNEY and close to the other major
attractions.
  
DESCRIPTION 
This spacious Luxury Orlando Villa has been built on a premium plot 
which backs onto a conservation area.  The pool and spa areas face 
South capturing the Florida sunshine from early morning until dusk. 
There are 2,402 sq ft of air conditioned living space. There are 5 
bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 3 of which are en- suit, living room, dinning 
room, kitchen, breakfast nook and seperate lardary room, all 
furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a 
luxury environment in which to relax.

BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sliegh 
bed,computer with internt and cable TV. Their is a large en-suite 
bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate 
handbasins and w.c.  From this en-suit there is access to the pool 
area.

The second Master bedroom has a Queen Size bed,cable TV  It also has 
its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, toilet, hand basin and 
shower.  This bathroom also has access to the pool area.

The third Master Bedroom has aQueen Size Bed,Cable TV and this 
Bedroom also has its own en-suit bathroom.

There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single 
beds one with a play station 2
and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.

DINING AREAS
The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after 
your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.
There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less 
formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and 
chairs, and a lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.

FAMILY ROOM 
The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. 
There are views through the set of patio doors onto the pool and 
patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for 
your use including a Cable TV a stereo system and DVD/Video Player.

POOL and SPA
The pool area is south facing and captures the Florida sunshine from 
early morning until dusk. There is a large 30ft x 15ft pool and a 
refreshing spa. If the sun gets too hot you can sit under the shade 
of the lanai.

Activities and Attractions

Our villa is situated on a premium plot in the community of Orange 
Tree, on highway 27.  On the community there is a Tot lot, tennis 
courts and basketball court for you to use if you feel like a change 
from visiting the parks. If you prefer to go golfing there are up to 
fifteen splendid golf courses in the surrounding area.

We are 8 miles from Disney's main gate and close to many of the 
other major attractions.

Seaworld 20 Minutes
Disney 14 minutes

All the above times are taken form our own experience of traverling 
to the parks.

Spa only heating available for additional £42 / $70 per week.

Stays of less than seven nights will incur a house cleaning charge 
of £60 / $120. 

To make a booking we require a deposit of £100 / $150 for each week 
booked.
