Beautiful rare granite covers the island, peninsula and all counters throughout the kitchen. 

Continue your entertainment outside in the screened in porch area off the kitchen with full size outdoor kitchen including a gas grill, sink and seating for 6.  Walk down the stairs to the beautiful sparkling pool to enjoy the sun or walk to the canal to fish off the dock or out front to launch a kayak (you can rent nearby).   Two porches grace the front of the home with comfortable furniture to watch the gorgeous bay view as you look for dolphins, birds and fish.    Try your luck at fishing off the pier out back.  Rent a boat and tie it up on your dock.

Outfitted with high speed internet access and wifi throughout, you can easily work from home for an extended stay so bring your laptop!

This home sleeps 10 comfortably with a king-size bed in the master; three separate guest rooms each with en suite bath and queen size bed and a set of twin beds with en suite bath downstairs off the pool area.

Longboat Key is on the West Coast of Florida, near Sarasota and one
hour south of Tampa. Sought-after Longboat Key has some of the most
unspoiled beaches in the area. Our access is only three blocks away
from our home where you have the feeling that you have your own
private beach. Longboat boasts some of the wealthiest residents, and
finest restaurants in the Sarasota area. Take a dip in the large
heated pool (pool heat separate charge) or sip a cool drink in the
screened-in lanai out back as you decide what to do for the day.
Explore the beach, perhaps a round of golf, or a game of tennis
nearby.

From this home, it's a matter of minutes to St. Armand's Circle, a
shopping paradise. Longboat Key is a ten-mile long barrier island
attached at each end by a bridge to the mainland. If you would like
to go to theme parks - we are one hour from Busch Gardens of Tampa
Bay or two and a half hours from Disney and Universal Studios.
Galleries, museums, and live theater are within a 25 minute drive.
