Majestic Sun at Seascape Resort is a luxurious condominium building 
built in 2001.  Colorfully furnished and decorated with a beautiful 
designer touch, this community offers stunning private gulf 
views                                                                     
from the living area and kitchen. All units are non-
smoking.  This particular unit has ceramic tile in the foyer,kitchen 
and living room.  It has carpet in the bedroom, cultured marble in 
both bathrooms.  There is a king bed in master bedroom, two twins in 
the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in living room.  Majestic Sun 
is only one mile from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and 3 miles from 
the new shopping area Destin Commons.
