Living/dinette area w/ table,chairs,sofa,satellite TV
Full bath with washer and dryer
Bedroom w/ queen sized bed
Deck w/table&chairs
charcoal grill; kayak,rowing dinghy available for use IF you wear 
lifejackets and accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries
A mooring is available if you would like to sail in

Activities and Attractions

Relaxing at the beach, scavenging for sea creatures, collecting blue 
mussels for dinner, taking scenic drives, hiking, biking, kayaking, 
rowing, bird watching, antiquing, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Oct.26-May 25 - $500/wk or $75/night - 3 night minimum
May 26 - Oct.25 - $750/wk or $120/night - 3 night minimum
$250 reservation/damage deposit - returned if property is left the 
same as when you arrive. No refund if reservation cancelled unless 
filled by another party.
7% tax
