Vacation Rental Description

The beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort is located about 25 minutes north of the Kailua-Kona Airport on the Big  
Island of Hawaii. The Fairway Villas are situated on ten acres of lush landscape along the Beach Golf Course.  
The King's Golf Course is also in this same resort area, and there are many other courses within a 30-minute  
radius. The strategic location of this complex is combined with luxurious features and contemporary Hawaiian  
plantation architecture. 
 
This area has many great beaches. One of which (Anaeho'omalu Bay) is within a 5 minute walking distance. "A- 
Bay" is known for its beautiful sunsets and Ancient Hawaiian Fish Ponds. Some of the best beaches are within a  
ten-minute drive from the condominium. These beaches include Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea, and Mauna Lani.  
You can bask in the sun, swim, boogie board, body surf, snorkel, or just walk on the beach. 
 
Included for use during your stay are two complete sets of snorkel gear, two easy carry rafts, boogie board,  
beach chairs and umbrella, tennis rackets, free weights and more!  
 
On Business? This is the unit for you! We offer high speed, wireless internet complete with a beautiful desk and  
fax/printer. 
 
Got Babies? Upon request we provide strollers, a crib, bouncers, baby floats, and even toys. Most anything  
needed to keep your baby safe, happy, and occupied throughout your stay will be supplied prior to your arrival  
upon request.  
 
Our townhome is located in the Fairway Villas, on the ground floor (no hauling golf clubs or suitcases upstairs),  
and your lanai extends out on to the beautiful lawn as you sit next to colorful hibiscus and fragrant plumeria. It  
has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a queen-size sofa  
bed in the living room. It is luxuriously furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful, granite  
counter tops. 
 
There is a VCR and DVD/CD/MP3 player in the living room, and a TV in every room. The unit is complete with air  
conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker in the refrigerator, a washer and dryer. The complex has an  
infinity swimming pool, spa, barbecue area with tables, and fitness center. Our unit is ready for your stay. You  
only need to buy your own food. 
 
Our unit's floor plan is the largest available at the Fairway Villas - do not be fooled by the smaller units offered  
at the same or even higher prices! At any rate, in terms of convenience of location and opulence, all units within  
the Fairway Villas boast a "head over heels" advantage compared to other condos in the Waikoloa Beach  
Resort area.  
 
Located on the ninth hole of the Beach Golf Course, the unit views out over a lake onto a very picturesque area  
known as the Kings Shops. The Kings Shops is home to many exclusive boutiques such as Louis Vuitton and  
Bulgari. Fine restaurants, casual dining, and live music performances also grace this wonderful resort area. 
 
The Hilton Waikoloa is just a short walk away. This hotel is a diamond in the Hilton chain. To view all the  
amenities of this beautiful hotel you can take a tram or canal boat through the complex. Also, do not miss the  
fabulous art throughout the complex. One further item, this hotel hosts the Dolphin Quest Center. Here you  
can "Swim with the Dolphins." The viewing is free, but there is a charge for "Swim." There are approximately 25  
dolphins to see perform at any one time. 
 
Hawaii, the Big Island, is the most geographically diverse of all the Hawaiian Islands. You can take a hike  
through the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park that will take you to an active volcano and through an assortment  
of terrain, from rain forests to tropical beaches to the sub-arctic mountain peak of Mauna Loa. You can visit  
places on the island where the rainfall exceeds 200 inches a year, and other areas where rainfall measures 20  
inches a year. You can participate in surfing, diving, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, hiking, and biking  
activities. You can visit the Black Sand Beach and sacred Hawaiian grounds. There are many other sights to see.

10% Off of stated daily prices for stays in excess of nine days. 
There is a 3% Processing Fee for the use of credit cards; we prefer a personal ck.
