Our one bedroom, one bath condo is located in Sandpiper Cove Resort 
on Holiday Isle in the heart of Destin, with close access to 
shopping, dining, and family fun. 
The #9209 in the Beachwalk section is Sandpiper's most recent 
addition and has gulf views.  Enjoy 1100 feet of private beachfront 
including: 24-hour onsite  security guard service, marina, five 
swimming pools, three outdoor hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, 
shuffleboard, putting greens, and nine-hole par 3 golfcourse. 
Louisiana Lagniappe, a popular 4 star restuarant is located on site.

The beautiful gulf beach is a very short walk away. Beach services 
include umbrella and chair rental, beachside snack bar (seasonal), 
restrooms, showers and pavilion. Watercraft, parasailing, and 
sailboat rental is available nearby.

3/10 to 05/26/07  $600/week   $90/night (3 night min)
5/26 to 08/18/07  $940/week    (Weekly rentals only)
8/18 to 09/08/07  $600/week   $90/night (3 night min)
9/08 to 09/29/07  $550/week   $80/night (3 night min)
9/29 to 11/03/07  $500/week   $70/night (3 night min)
11/3 to 12/29/06  $450/week   $60/night (3 night min)

Cleaning fee is included in rate for rentals of 1 week or more. $220 
deposit is 
required to hold reservation due at booking. Balance due 14 days 
prior to arrival date. 11% tax added to rental fees. Must be 25 or 
older to rent this condo. No Smoking or Pets. Check-in time is 3:00 
PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Note: Until confirmed, rates are 
subject to change without notice.
