lounge chairs, great view of the water. Spacious cottage with 3
bedrooms 2 full baths, full kitchen and laundry room, living and
dining areas. This house affords you and your guests the luxury of
basking in the warm summer sun on the open deck, or grilling your
fresh catch on the covered balcony.

Warm Lake,Kayak,Fish,Swim,Jacuzzi Hot Tub,Horses,Windsurf all
available onsite. Kayaks for you personal use - Kayak your way
along the pristine, winding scenic lake enjoying the steep, forested
shoreline, warm waters, abundant fish and wildlife. Take a break and
stop by for lunch at the nearby waterfront restaurant. The whole
family will have lots of fun playing and swimming in the warm, clear
lake water, and try out the included Windsurfer.

BOATING and FISHING: bring your own boat and the boat ramp is easily
accessible from the circular drive, plenty of additional parking on
the concrete drive (not shown) to covered private parking on the
other side of the home.
Rent a boat at the nearby marina; overnight slips only $15/night
nearby marina. Other fish in
the area as well include catfish, crappie, bluegill and bream.

Center Hill Lake is 64 miles long consisting of 415 miles of winding
natural and undeveloped shoreline. There are 3 geogeous waterfalls
and may excellent places to hike. Also on the lake are many
marinas, restaurants, recreation areas, and the Appalachian Center
for Crafts open daily.

Take in a visit to Nashville only 60 miles away with all super
highway driving on Interstate 40, with some of the greatest
entertainment including the Grand Ole Opry, visit historical
Plantation Homes in Belle Meade, Country Music Hall of Fame, and the
home of Andrew Jackson, all only an hour away.

There are numerous parks nearby including Burgess Falls Natural Area
with numerous waterfalls, characterized by sheer bluffs, narrow
ridges, rolling water and abundant mixed forest.

Only a 15 minute drive anything you may need including restaurants,
shopping, 2 theaters, movies, bowling, outlet malls, etc.
