bed in master bedroom with Lake View, and loft.  Guest bedroom with 
twin beds, and extra large fold out couch in living room.  Fantastic 
lake and Island view, with beautiful sunsets.  Furnished with all 
linens, and cooking utensil’s, cable TV, VCR, stereo, fireplace, BBQ 
grill, and washer and dryer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A beautiful lake front complex with swimming pool, Sleeps 6-8 
people.  Close to restaurants, golf courses, shopping and 
entertainment.  Property located on the 3.5mm by water, and Carol 
and HH by land. Boat slip available.

Activities and Attractions

Nearby boat and Jet Ski rental. Just a few miles to Bagnell Dam and 
golf courses.  Also miniature golf, go carts, shopping, and 
fishing. Nearby driving and boat tours.

Vacation Rental Rates

A 2 night minimum In Season (May through September) is 
$150.00 per night, and $800.00 weekly (based on 6 nights 7 days).  
Off Season $100.00 per night.  Would also consider renting monthly 
in the winter. Credit cards accepted through Pay Pal.
