Vacation Rental Rates-
Jan-Dec is $1550.00 per week. Call for availability. All rates are negotiable and we are friendly
landlords. Please email for quotes. Pets are welcomed, provided they are on flea control. $50.00
non-refundable deposit per pet required.
Fully refundable security deposit required in advance in the amount of $250.00 is required to
reserve your stay.
There is a cleaning fee of $105.00
Add 12% for Florida Tourist and Sales Tax
