Vacation Rental Rates-
Jan-Dec is $1395.00 per week. Call for availability. All rates are negotiable and we are friendly landlords. Please email for quotes.

Pets are welcomed, provided they are on flea control. $50.00 non-refundable deposit per pet required.

Fully refundable security deposit required in advance in the amount of $300.00 is required to reserve your stay.There is a cleaning fee of $125.00

Holidays that fall during the week or week end, that week is an extra $200.00 per week.
Add 12% for Florida Tourist and Sales Tax

We can heat the pool for $10.00 a day.
