cleaning fee. Off season and Holiday weekend rate available upon  
request. $600.00 Refundable deposit less $100.00 booking fee(if  
cancellation recieved in  
writting 30 days prior to occupation) due at booking with signed  
rental agreement. (No dock charge) Final payment due 2 weeks prior to  
arrival.
