at 'Alii Villas' top floor (3rd floor) oceanview unit in an
oceanfront complex. There is nothing between the resort and the
ocean except palm trees and our lush green grounds, no roads to
cross! There is nothing more relaxing than sitting on the lanai
watching the palm trees wave in the breeze and enjoying the
spectacular ocean and mountain views. This Condo was recently
renovated with new tropical island furniture throughout, ceiling
fans, freshly painted, all new appliances, fixtures, lighting and
completely remodeled full kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a
King sized bed (with 400 count cotton sheets), ocean views and one
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with ocean views.
Our central location on scenic Alii Drive is perfect to watch the
ocean sunsets & a short 15 min walk/3 min drive (1 mile) to town.
The private large tiled lanai with tables/chairs and chaise lounge
has nice ocean/sunset/mountain & pool views, great for sunset dining
and whale watching. The living room has ocean/sunset & mountain
views. To cap off a perfect day, many of the guests gather down at
the waterfront to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and to barbecue on
the built in gas barbecues located near the pool with an
entertaining
pavilion.
The nearest beach is White Sands Beach (a.k.a Magic Sands) is approx
a 3 min drive. Slightly further is Kahalu'u Beach Park, a renowned
surf and snorkel spot and boasts some of the best snorkeling in the
Hawaiian islands. It is frequented by Turtles and has a sheltered
reef for novice snorkelers. Beautiful snorkeling reefs right in
front
of our complex (except in high surf).
Golf- The Kona Country Club golf course is located approx 10 minute
drive from the condo, has 36 championship holes, pro shop, driving
range, restaurant and lounge.
No pets allowed, No smoking inside unit. There is a Washer and Dryer
inside the unit. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival
The assigned parking space is next to the unit.
