Sea Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, Bethany Beach, DE (within a 3 hour
drive from Wash. DC, Baltimore, MD, & Philadelphia, PA).
Our beautiful oceanfront condo is located in Georgetown House 101
which is directly on the beach, and affords you a wonderful view of
the ocean and shore line. From our ground level patio, you are able
to walk directly to the ocean and swimming pools; two elevators
service the building. We have with one covered reserved parking
space and an unreserved parking space.
We have three bedrooms: a master bedroom (14x12) with a king
bed ,master bath; a second bedroom (13x11)with a queen and twin bed;
and a third bedroom (12x13) with two twin beds. The 2nd bathroom
serves the second and third bedrooms and guests. The living room
(15x15)has a large love seat-sofa and there is a full size
dining room (10x8). All furnishings are top of the line. The
granite top kitchen is fully equipped. Ceramic tile flooring is
installed in all rooms except the bedrooms. A comfortable patio
completes the accommodations and leads out to the promenade and beach
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS, PLEASE! Guests may supply their own linens
and towels, or use those in the apartment. If you use the linens
provided, we request that you wash/dry and replace them prior to
leaving.

ranked it the 4th Best Bargain resort in the US.
