Vacation Rental Description

This spacious home is located at 6th & Woodside Avenue in Old Town, Park City.

Walk out your front door and down two flights of city stairs to Main Street.  The Town Lift is just 
seven houses away from your driveway.  The Quitten' Time run is just behind this home, so 
intermediate-advanced skiers can ski-in to the back yard at the end of the day.  It's truly a 
perfect vacation home!

At 2400 square feet with 4 bedrooms (two suites), 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping loft, and a study w/futon, 
it is ideal for large families and groups. The home sleeps up to 14 people in the following bedding 
configuration:
- Master suite with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
- 2nd suite with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom
- 3rd bedroom with two twin beds
- 4th bedroom (upstairs) with Queen bed
- Sleeping loft (adjoins 4th bedroom) with Queen sleeper sofa
- Den (main level) with futon
- Living room with Queen sleeper sofa

The main level includes three bedroomsand the kitchen, living room, two full baths and one 
half-bath. The fourth bedroom and loft are upstairs for guests who need a little more privacy.

Enjoy the nicely equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee maker, microwave, 
salad spinner, stock pot and more!   This home also offers cable TV/DVD/stereo, washer/dryer, a 2-
car garage and wireless Internet access (password protected). 

At the end of the day, ski to your back door and relax in the private, gated hot tub. Afterwards, 
take the city stairs in front of the house down to Historic Main Street for dinner, drinks, 
shopping, nightlife. 

Enjoy all the shops, fine restaurants, and nightlife Park City offers without driving a car! This
