Unique lakefront 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1700 sq ft condominium. Located
on spring-fed Crooked Lake between Indian River and Petoskey in
Northern Michigan's year-round vacation area. The Perfect View is
one of five condos created in the historic Petoskey Playhouse
theatre.  Upstairs lakeside bedroom has balcony and pillow-top king bed.
Second upstairs bedroom has a queen and 2 twin beds. Main floor
bedroom features a king bed, and the living room has 2 couches that
convert to queen size beds. All linens provided.

Our front porch offers plenty of room for you and your friends and
family to enjoy our perfect view of beautiful Crooked Lake. Only
steps from the water's edge - 125 feet of shared beach await
you. A 100 foot dock plus mooring is available for boats. The lake
is perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. The clear, shallow
water of our sandy bay is perfect for family water fun.

Casual lakeside vacations with all the conveniences of home. Fully-
equipped kitchen with range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee maker, blender, cooking and eating utensils. Living room with
fireplace, dining area and 2 full baths. Each bedroom has TV with
cable service and DVD. Living room TV also has VCR. Free Wi-Fi.  Washer and
dryer.

Crooked Lake is an all-sports lake and the perfect destination
for all your warm-weather fun. Whether it's the excitement of
skiing, wake boarding or tubing or enjoying a relaxing fishing
excursion - Crooked Lake's crystal-clear spring-fed water and sandy
shores will provide you with the ultimate lake experience. Enjoy a
day boating the Inland Waterway from Crooked Lake to Lake
Huron. Two on-lake marinas rent boats and other watercraft. Public
boat launch within 2 miles. Rent windsurfing equipment, canoes,
kayaks nearby. Take a walk on Crooked Lake's 3/4 mile lakefront
sidewalk fronting beautiful turn-of-the-century summer homes.
Premier northern Michigan golf courses within minutes. Visit the DNR
trout hatchery a mile away. Miniature golf, go-carts and trails for
mountain biking nearby. Tube the Sturgeon River-rentals in Indian
River. Look for Petoskey stones on your beach walk along Little
Traverse Bay or Lake Michigan. Petoskey's Bayfront Park has tennis

Boyne Highlands. Enjoy nearby cross-country skiing or snowmobile
trails - Indian River (13 min. away) is the start point for some of
the best snowmobile trails Up North. Or ski, snowshoe or
snowmobile on frozen Crooked Lake. Rental outlets nearby for all
your outdoor activities. Fishing - winter or summer. Crooked Lake
offers good walleye, panfish, bass fishing.
