parking, landscaped to provide privacy to enjoy the tropical sun.   
Over 60 feet of easy access dock space to tie your boat in the  
backyard.  A public boat ramp nearby.  Full-service marina with gas  
and bait adjacent to neighborhood.   
 
2 miles to Grocery shopping at a major chain, drug store, post  
office, gas stations.  Several excellent restaurants within 10  
minute drive by car.  Delivery available.

Activities and Attractions

Little Torch Key offers flats fishing, ocean fishing, seasonal  
lobstering and diving that are relatively unpressured by other  
fishermen and boaters.  Fishermen will appreciate the strategic  
location for fishing the crystal clear waters on the flats at the  
Content Keys, which provide the finest permit and bonefishing flats  
available.  Or, you might be going to the reefs, wrecks, walls, or  
nearby Gulfstream for those of you who wish to venture offshore.     
A short 10 minute boat ride to the Looe Key Marine Sanctuary and the  
sunken wreck of the Adolphus Busch offer unique diving and fishing  
experiences. 
 
For the whole family, a crystal clear sandy swimming beach and a  
shallow snorkeling patch reef are only a 5-minute boat ride away.   
Bahia Honda State Park, the "Best Beach in the Continental US" by  
Conde Naste Traveler, is 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by boat. 
 
Stop at the Key Deer National Wildlife Refuge.   Hike the nature  
trails and see alligators, turtles, the endangered Key Deer, and  
more.   
 
The attractions and nightlife of Key West beckon!  The 30 minute  
scenic drive across the many bridges of the lower Keys takes you

Vacation Rental Rates

$3300 per month April through November. 
$3700 per month December through March. 
3/2 upstairs with a complete 1/1 down. 
$500 Security deposit minus $150 cleaning fee will reserve your  
dates. All deposits are non-refundable one month prior to rental  
dates
