backyard. A public boat ramp nearby. Full-service marina with gas
and bait adjacent to neighborhood.

2 miles to Grocery shopping at a major chain, drug store, post
office, gas stations. Several excellent restaurants within 10
minute drive by car. Delivery available.

Little Torch Key offers flats fishing, ocean fishing, seasonal
lobstering and diving that are relatively unpressured by other
fishermen and boaters. Fishermen will appreciate the strategic
location for fishing the crystal clear waters on the flats at the
Content Keys, which provide the finest permit and bonefishing flats
available. Or, you might be going to the reefs, wrecks, walls, or
nearby Gulfstream for those of you who wish to venture offshore.
A short 10 minute boat ride to the Looe Key Marine Sanctuary and the
sunken wreck of the Adolphus Busch offer unique diving and fishing
experiences.

For the whole family, a crystal clear sandy swimming beach and a
shallow snorkeling patch reef are only a 5-minute boat ride away.
Bahia Honda State Park, the "Best Beach in the Continental US" by
Conde Naste Traveler, is 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by boat.
