I rent out timeshare weeks for Villa del Palmar owners of the Villa
Group Developer. The owners are basically attempting to recoup their annual
out of pocket expenses so are willing to rent for very low rates.
I do have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units for the summer,
winter and holiday seasons.
Season dates are summer 5/1-10/30/10, winter 10/30-12/18/10 and 1/2-
5/1/10, holiday 12/18/10-1/2/11.
