This is a designer appointed and well-equipped two bedroom, one bath, high floor condo with water view. It is just a short distance to the beach, cafes, and Waikiki shops. Located at the gateway to Waikiki, with easy access to the Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk, and also Ala Moana beach park and shopping center are walking distance. Enjoy the best Honolulu and Waikiki have to offer. Waikiki beach via Ft. DeRussy park is 2 blocks away. Beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and parasol are provided.

This high floor unit is nicely upgraded. It is outfitted with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. It has ceramic tile flooring, laminate wood flooring, berber carpets, comfortable contemporary furnishings, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The master suite has sliding panels which open up to the living area for privacy and added spaciousness. There is a pillow-top queen sized bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. 

Kitchen features all necessary cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice cooker, blender, cooking utensils and cutlery. The condo has Central A/C, cable TV, laundry baskets, iron and ironing board, body boards, beach chairs, snorkels, parasol, inflatables, beach supplies. There is a coin-operated washer & dryer on each floor, in very close proximity to your unit.

Your suite features central A/C (though you my not need it with the nice tradewind breezes...).  Wifi internet access is available.

Daily or long-term parking available for a nominal fee of $14/day.  

The location offers convenient access to the beach, shopping and dining in Waikiki,  the Kaluakaua boardwalk, the new Beachwalk, and also places on the "other" side of the Ala Wai Canal, such as McCully Shopping Center, where you can dine for less than tourist prices. Royal Aloha is also convenient to Hawaii's most popular supermarket, Don Quijote, the Hawaii Convention Center, world class Ala Moana Shopping Center and local favorite Ala Moana beach park. You can take "The Bus" and be in downtown Honolulu's galleries, historical buildings and Chinatown in minutes.

It is also easy to get in and out of Waikiki, and to enjoy all the activities in the Waikiki, Ala Moana and Honolulu area. Freeway access is excellent to head out and around the island.

• Free Late Checkouts

We know how you hate to leave Hawaii and having to pack your bags and check out at 11am when you have a late flight home puts a damper on your last day here. If your unit is open that day or the following day, we will provide you a free late check out. If you wish to secure a late check out and not take a chance of another booking pushing you out, it's just $50 plus tax.

There is a $95 check-out cleaning fee and a $100 refundable security deposit. 

Deposit to Reserve:
Deposit of 30% due to reserve and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks (U.S. only), cashiers checks, money orders and PayPal. If Paypal is used, please add a 3.9% surcharge.
