This is a designer appointed and fully equipped two bedroom, one bath, higher floor condo with water view. It is just a short distance to the beach, cafes, and Waikiki shops. Located at the gateway to Waikiki, with easy access to the Kalakaua Avenue boardwalk, and also Ala Moana beach park and shopping center are walking distance. Enjoy the best Honolulu and Waikiki have to offer. Waikiki beach via Ft. DeRussy park is 2 blocks away. Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and parasol are provided.

This high floor unit is upgraded througout. It is outfitted with all you'll need for a comfortable stay. It has ceramic tile flooring, laminate wood flooring, berber carpets, comfortable contemporary furnishings, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The master suite has sliding panels which open up to the living area for added spaciousness. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and in the second bedroom two twin sized beds.

Kitchen features all necessary cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice cooker,cooking utensils and cutlery. The condo has Central A/C, cable TV, laundry baskets, iron and ironing board, body boards, beach chairs, parasol, inflatables, beach supplies. There is a coin-operated washer & dryer on each floor, in very close proximity to your unit.

Your suite features central A/C (though you my not need it with the nice tradewind breezes...).  Wifi is available.  

Daily parking available for a nominal fee - pls. feel free to inquire.  

The location offers convenient access to the beach, eateries on Kaluakaua
Blvd., and also to McCully Shopping Center, which is on the local side of the Ala Wai Canal. Royal Aloha is also convenient to Hawaii's most
interesting supermarket (Don Quijote), the Hawaii Convention Center and world class Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana beach park. You can take "The Bus" and be in downtown Honolulu's galleries, historical buildings and Chinatown in minutes.

It is also easy to get in and out of Waikiki, and to enjoy all the activities in the Waikiki, Ala Moana and Honolulu area. Freeway access is excellent to head out and around the island.

Regular Season: $125-160 plus tax per night, depending on Seasonality, length of stay.  Generous discounts for longer stays!  

Peak Winter Holiday:  $180/night.  Minimum one week stays.   

There is a $95 check-out cleaning fee and a $100 refundable security deposit.  Discounted cleaning also commonly offered.  

Minimum 3 night stay.  

Deposit to Reserve:
Deposit of 30% due to reserve and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept cashiers checks, money orders and PayPal. If Paypal is used, please add a 3.9% surcharge.
