This is a deluxe upgraded and fully equipped two bedroom, one bath, higher
floor condo with water view. It is just a short distance to the beach, cafes, and Waikiki
shops. It features new granite countertops and designer upgrades. Great for
families and couples visiting the islands.
Located at the gateway to Waikiki, with easy access to Kalakaua and Kuhio
Avenues, the Ala Wai or Kapiolani Blvd. and McCully Shopping Center.
Waikiki beach via Ft. DeRussy is 2 blocks away (about a 6 min. walk).
This high floor unit is upgraded througout. It is outfitted with all you'll need for a comfortable
stay. It has ceramic tile flooring, laminate wood flooring, berber carpets, comfortable contemporary
furnishings, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Good floor plan and separation between bedrooms for added privacy.
The master suite has sliding panels which open up for added spaciousness,
and is slightly larger than the second bedroom. There is a queen sized bed in
the master bedroom and in the second bedroom one full and one twin sized
bed.
Kitchen features all necessary cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice cooker,
cooking utensils and cutlery. The condo has Central A/C, cable TV, laundry baskets,
iron and ironing board, body boards and some beach supplies. There is a coin-operated washer &
dryer on each floor, in very close proximity to your unit.
Condo also features free high-speed internet and central A/C (though you my not need it with the nice
tradewind breezes...).
Daily parking available next door at the Hawaiian Monarch (444 Niu St.) for $12/night w/ all-day in &
out privileges. Monthly rate also available. Discounts offered to help w/ parking fees.
The location offers convenient access to the beach, eateries on Kaluakaua
Blvd., and also to McCully Shopping Center, which is on the local side of the
Ala Wai Canal. Royal Aloha is also convenient to Hawaii's most
interesting supermarket (Don Quijote), the Hawaii Convention Center and Ala
Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana beach park. You can take the bus
and be in downtown Honolulu's galleries, Chinatown in minutes.
It is also easy to get in and out of Waikiki, and to enjoy all the activities in the
Waikiki, Ala Moana and Honolulu area. Freeway access is also good to head out and around the island.

There is a $95 check-out cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security
deposit.
Deposit to Reserve:
Deposit of 30% (of room rate plus tax) due to reserve and balance due 30
days prior to arrival. We accept cashier's checks, money order and PayPal. If
Paypal is used, please add a 3% surcharge.
