La Casa Costiera is a gorgeous three bedroom condo in a newly constructed Spanish Mediterranean  
building.  Situated on the beach, only 100 paces across the white sugar sands to the Gulf of  
Mexico.  La Casa is an exclusive gated complex comprising only 12 units, with over 2000 sq. feet of  
living space.  The property is located in a friendly and quiet residential area, offering privacy  
and tropical charm.  An outside fireplace, gas grill, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are provided  
for your enjoyment.  The gardens and grounds have been designed to create a lush sub-tropical  
village atmosphere leading to the pool and gazebo or to the pristine beaches of the Gulf.   
 
Master bedroom has a king bed, private luxury enclosed 2 person shower and jacuzzi tub for 2.  Walk- 
in closet in the master bedroom for your comfort.  Queen bed in the guest bedroom with a private  
bathroom including a tub and shower.  The third bedroom/den has sliding pocket doors for privacy  
with a pull-out queen couch with a library chair for reading or watching tv.  All bedrooms have  
televisions with DVD players.

Activities and Attractions

Anna Maria Island is about 40 miles south of Tampa and is one of Florida's barrier islands.  The  
island is only seven miles long, and with three bridges to serve it, provides easy access to the  
mainland.  Fishing, boating and diving are all nearby as well as two golf courses.  If it's shopping  
you enjoy, the internationally known St. Armand's Circle is just a 20 minute drive.  Anna Maria  
Island offers over twenty excellent top-rated restaurants that are all within a 10 minute drive.
