Pineapple Cabana On Easy Street:
The day begins with a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice and a
steaming cup of coffee. You head out the front door, and the short
walk to the beach, and, because it is early, there is no one there -
nothing but the rhythmic waves crashing against the white shell sand
of Florida's Emerald Coast. You walk back, smiling and waving to the
couple from "Coral Cabana," to find the household up and about,
with kids playing and breakfast cooking and all the joyous confusion
of a family vacation.

Or maybe it's just you and your spouse (or that special someone),
and coffee and the morning paper, sitting on the large wrap around
front porch, listening to the birds chirp and smelling the glorious
smells of the ocean in the early morning.

One way or another there can be no doubt this is that little bit of
heaven you have been dreaming of all year, knowing these will be the
memories you will telling your friends.

The "Pineapple Cabana" is our five bedroom, three-bath, beach house
with private pool, located on a quiet, private cul-da-sac in the
popular Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida. Just a short walk to
the beach (1500 feet), this private beach house, with private beach
access has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room,
and a full modern kitchen in the main house and two bedrooms, full bath and a kitchenette in the attached In-
Law quarters.

We love "Pineapple Cabana" and we think you will, too. So much so
that we think that once you stay here you will want to come back
year after year, and you'll want to tell your friends about your
great new find. And on top of it all, if you check our prices and
compare feature by feature, you will find that "Pineapple Cabana" is
an outstanding value in all of the Crystal Beach area this close to
the beach. My wife and I have worked very hard to create an
excellent beach vacation house for your enjoyment.

P.S. Debbie and I also own "Coral Cabana" which is right next-
door. We purchased "Pineapple Cabana" so we would own both of the
houses on the private drive to create our own little paradise for
your enjoyment. We love the area, it's central to everything, close
to the beach, yet secluded WITH NO TRAFFIC. We have experienced an
overwhelming response from "Coral Cabana," but our disappointment
was the number of people we have had to turn away when we became
fully booked so quickly. Hopefully you will enjoy "Pineapple Cabana"
as much as our many guests have enjoyed "Coral Cabana." Thank you
