room, fully furnished kitchen,
master is on gulf side, and second bedroom overlooks Intercoastal
Waterway. Townhome was updated
with new carpet, paint,and all linens Jan. 2008. Two TVs, 1 in living
room and 1 in master bedroom.
DVD, stereo, and VCR. Free local and long distance phone calls
available. Heated pool with outside
showers and grills. Walk to restaurants, shopping,
tennis, parks, art galleries, and more. 45 minute drive to Busch
Gardens and other attractions.
Private boat dock nearby and trolley runs 7 days a week from
Clearwater to St. Pete. Small island
community with a relaxed atmosphere. Great place for families,
couples, or just to get away from it
all. Sunset is always beautiful and can be enjoyed from private
balcony overlooking beach.

Walking distance to Famous Lighthouse Donuts, Crabby Bills, CVS,
various ice cream and surf shops!

Heated pool, surf fishing, fishing and boating from private dock and
skim boarding all available at
townhome.

Boat ramps are also nearby or Boat available for rent from owner! Private dock and lift.

We provide all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc...

Parks have tennis, shuffleboard, skeateboarding, recycling, and
various art festivals throughout the
year. Community theatre with plays and various music events. Several
Piers located within walking
distance or by trolley ride. There is a leash free dog park, parks
with playgrounds, parks right on
beach access with showers, and a nature preserve with boardwalks all
through it.

Local historical sociey within walking distance of townhome as well
as community art center which
hold various classes and events.
