Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully furnished five bedroom single level home with mountain 
views and views of ponds. There is a seasonal creek that runs along 
the 
backyard. Estes Park is a little "slice of heaven" and we have 
created a comfortable, warm home to enjoy with your family and 
friends. The home is laid out so that there is nice separation when 
desired - 3 bedrooms and the living room on one end of the house and 
2 bedrooms and the family room on the other end of the house, with 
the kitchen and dining room in between.  There are 3 bathrooms.

The family room has two leather sofas, another sofa, a large leather 
ottoman and a big screen TV and DVD/VCR. The dining room table 
expands to accommodate 18 people.

The kitchen has new maple cabinets, granite countertop, a beautiful 
wood floor and table for enjoying coffee and those late night card 
games. The multi-tiered deck has new patio furniture for taking in 
the beautiful Rocky Mountain sky, mountains and surroundings while 
listening to the seasonal babbling creek and a grill large enough to 
cook steaks and veggies for 18 at the same time.

The living room has a 27 inch TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo, Log daybed with a 
trundle and another comfy daybed sofa (and views of the mountains). 

The large master bedroom, "Trees", has a King Log bed and a TV.

Bedroom two, "Horses", is the "kids" room complete with two sets of 
bunkbeds, a TV and Playstation. 

Bedroom three, "American Flag", has a King Log bed. 

Bedroom four, "Bears", has a Queen Log bed and a set of bunk beds.

Bedroom five, "Moose", has a King Log bed. All of this and more 
makes 
for a relaxing and rejuvenating home to enjoy with family and 
friends. 

Just 2 miles to downtown Estes Park.
