This direct gulf front condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach, one  
of the loveliest beaches in Florida, centrally located only 25 minutes  
from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando. 
 
Accommodations: 
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, heated pool, grilling area, elevator,  
large decks, master bedroom is directly facing the Gulf, sleeps 9, end  
unit with lots of windows, additional deck in rear directly overlooking  
the intercoastal waterway, Jacuzzi tub in second bath. 
 
Verandah 
This large three-bedroom condo is unique in many ways starting with  
the private elevator dropping you off right at your own front door  
to offering a breathtaking view from almost every window of this end  
unit.  The building is only a few years new and has all the latest  
in security and safety features.  If relaxation and privacy is what  
you’re wanting, this small 15 unit building has it all from a  
beautiful heated pool to large decks facing the gulf and stairs that  
go down directly to the beach and pool, or sitting on your private  
rear deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway watching the yachts  
cruise by.  Recenty the condo added a new private fishing pier on  
the intercoastal waterway with two 30’ boat docks (please inquire on limitations on boat dock  
use).   
When sitting on your deck or just lying in your bed you’ll be awed  
with the view and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.  You can enjoy your favorite beverage  
on the decks while watching spectacular sunsets or taking that moon  
light stroll on the beach or just relaxing in the pool, Verandah has  
it all. 
 
Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community with  
quaint little shops and great local restaurants.  It offers upscale  
dining or local mom and pop restaurants.  It’s close to all  
activities and culture.  For the activity minded there is  
parasailing, miniature golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba  
diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and  
much more within minutes.  There are also terrific museums and  
theatre or just taking long peaceful walks on the beach or enjoy  
spectacular sunsets with the white sand between your toes.

Sept. 6 to December 20               $1,095.00/Week 
December 20 to January 3         $1,695.00/Week 
 
Add $115.00 Cleaning Fee and 12% Florida Tourist and Sales Tax. 
              Note:  10% Holiday Week Surcharge 
 
              4 weeks constitutes 1 month rental
