Our 1BR and 2BR units are located in across the street from the beach, though close enough that you can actually hear the waves while enjoying a quiet evening on your upper level lanai.  Our newly renovated, 1BR & 2BR condos provide a personal pathway to the serene, unspoiled, private beaches that have ensured Longboat Key remains the destination of choice.  

Nestled in an intimate, 12 unit complex, we are buffered by natural woods on two sides with a butterfly park just beyond.  All this yet only 2 blocks from the boutiques and restaurants on Avenue of the Flowers which include Publix Grocery and CVS Pharmacy.  Community tennis courts are 2 blocks away, across from our community library, along with LBK Post Office, Bank of America, and SunTrust Bank, equipped to handle international banking needs. 

Bike Rental is available on the island, allowing one to take advantage of the bike paths which traverse the island.  Beach Access is located directly across the street from the unit.

For those vacationers seeking serenity, Longboat Key's tranquil beaches are simply the best, providing the perfect, intimate setting for both basking in the sun by day and our legendary sunsets in the evening.

We are less than a 5 minute drive to St. Armand's Circle, an exquisite shopping and dining paradise.  One more mile inland is Downtown Sarasota, an artist's Mecca, rich in its diversity of dining, shopping, and live theater.  Art enthusiasts will delight in the many galleries within walking distance to downtown Sarasota, featuring both local and prominent artists.  Sarasota is also the proud home to the world-renowned collection at The Ringling Museum. 

For those so inclined, Busch Gardens in Tampa is an hour away or travel an additional hour for the myriad of theme parks throughout the greater Orlando area.
